At EXSTEMPLAR Education Linkers Foundation, we believe that science isn't just a subject — it's a superpower. And every young person in India deserves access to it.

Founded in 2018 by two passionate co-founders who started in a small room with big ideas, EXSTEMPLAR was born from a simple but powerful conviction: the way we teach STEM needs to change. Too often, science is reduced to a grade on a report card, a stepping stone to engineering or medicine. We saw something different — a world where curiosity is celebrated, where innovation is accessible to every child, regardless of their background, gender, or postcode.

To create dynamic, real-world STEM experiences that empower India's next generation of innovators, problem-solvers, and leaders.

We don't just teach science. We make young people fall in love with it.

Our Story

Our journey began with the IRIS National Fair — India's premier student science competition — which we relaunched as our flagship initiative in partnership with Broadcom and the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. Since then, we have never looked back.

From mentoring students in rural villages near Kuppam to watching Indian students win 22 STEM awards in Atlanta, Georgia, every milestone has reinforced why we do what we do. We have been on the ground during the pandemic, developing the JanSanchay app to connect communities with medical and educational resources. We've led the EY STEM App pilot project for girls, helping them explore the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals through the lens of science. We've worked with governments and policymakers to push STEM education into the national curriculum.

Each step has brought us closer to our vision: a borderless, inclusive platform where every student in India — and beyond — can discover their potential through STEM.

Our Vision

By 2028 — EXSTEMPLAR's tenth anniversary — we aim to host a National STEM Education Conference bringing together teachers, government officials, and industry leaders. We are building a future where every student in India has equitable access to STEM opportunities, free from barriers of status or gender.
