Inspiring the Future of STEM

Igniting curiosity and research-based learning for the next generation.

We believe science and math should be experienced, not just studied. Exstemplar connects students with the mentorship and platforms they need to turn big ideas into reality. We’re here to bridge the gap between underserved communities and the global STEM stage.

From the IRIS National Fair to our dedicated fellowships, we focus on inclusivity. We’re making sure that every student in India has the support to think for themselves, create something new, and lead the way.

Our Programs

Participating in the IRIS National Fair is more than just a competition; it’s a launchpad for India’s brightest young minds. By providing a platform for original research, we give students the chance to move beyond the classroom and showcase their innovations to the world. This environment fosters critical thinking and rewards the kind of "outside the box" problem-solving that defines the next generation of scientists.

Beyond the awards, IRIS offers a unique opportunity for mentorship and global exposure. Winners represent India on the world stage, connecting with a community of peers and experts who share a passion for discovery. It’s where curiosity meets opportunity, and where a single project can spark a lifelong career in innovation.

IRIS National Fair

ASTRYC (Arts, Science, Technology & Research Youth Convention) is the premier national platform by EXSTEMPLAR dedicated to discovering and mentoring India’s next generation of researchers. By bridging the gap between student innovation and global academic excellence, ASTRYC provides young thinkers with a structured path to refine their research under the guidance of industry experts.

As the official gateway to the London International Youth Science Forum (LIYSF), ASTRYC offers a rare opportunity for Indian students (ages 16–21) to represent their country at Imperial College London. This prestigious two-week program connects 500 students from over 50 nations with Nobel laureates and world-leading scientists in fields ranging from AI to medicine. Through ASTRYC, your research doesn't just stay in the lab; it takes you to the global stage.

ASTRYC

In a world where innovation defines a nation's success, the spirit of creativity must be nurtured early. India is currently a global leader in youth-led entrepreneurship, but the next step requires active participation from every classroom.

LEAD STEM CITIZENSHIP invites middle school students (Classes 6–8) to step up as problem-solvers. Our mission is to:

  • Build a STEM Ecosystem: Create a foundation for indigenous scientific growth.
  • Solve Real-World Problems: Help students identify and tackle daily community challenges.
  • Master Future Skills: Introduce essential concepts like Design Thinking, DIY Making, and Collaborative Ideation.

By turning everyday observations into STEM-based solutions, we aren't just teaching science—we're building citizens.

Stem Citizenship

Economic freedom is the cornerstone of progress. Through Financial Independence through Resourceful Entrepreneurship (FIRE), we are bridging the gap for women and girls in India’s most remote areas. By transforming home-based ideas into viable small businesses, we help underprivileged participants move from financial vulnerability to self-sufficiency.

Inspired by global sustainability standards, the FIRE program focuses on:

  • Education (SDG 4): Equipping women with the "know-how" of business management.
  • Equality (SDG 5): Closing the gender gap through economic empowerment.

We partner with forward-thinking organizations to bring these visions to life. As your dedicated CSR partner, we ensure your contribution translates into tangible, life-changing opportunities for the women who need them most.
